Metroid can't crawl.

If you play through 2, try to do it without long breaks. I stopped a number of times in that game and picked it up again only to be completely lost. Even with a guide, that game took me about ten years to finally finish, just because of this pickup/drop slog. Don't fall to this.

They get incrementally worse with each iteration, but they are all great games. The first is still my favorite, second felt like retreading old ground and had some tacked-on mechanics, 3 felt a little uninspired and was more shootey than the others, but like I said, they're all great.

It plays similarly to RE4, where it only uses one joystick to control turning and aiming, so like tank controls. It work fantastically on both this and RE4 though.
