I loved State of Decay. It's got a nice atmosphere and, for me, it really scratched the "open world zombie survival game" itch when it was new, before other games like 7 Days to Die were around. Be aware that resource areas you loot do not respawn, which bugged me at first, but I grew to like.
Is it worth it for $10? I would say absolutely. You get both DLC included, which makes the game even better.

Divine Divinity is an open world RPG, dialogs are kind of silly, combat is similar to diablo. It's good but I would recommend you to read up a guide early on for the first dungeon (it's fucking huge and can cause you to drop the game).
Beyond Divinity is a lot more linear and not as good as DD.
Divinity 2 is also linear and mediocre.
