So I was planning on getting Fallout NV this sale. However the game was recently switched to some kind of russian version for everyone in eastern europe, which applies to me. And it affects all previous purchases, not just new ones. I'm not sure what changes come with this russian version. Some people were saying it screws up some mods. Should I still get it?

Not if it really does screw up mods, they're one of the best parts of the game and add a ton of replay value to it
