Do you have any idea the set up needed to require this? He needs full EX bar and rage mode enabled. That means this is must likely practice mode with full power ups applied and getting off a full focus attack as well.

That simply means that the player doesn't need to be in the ideal setup to pull off the second half of that combo against the wall. He can instead just take off 85% of the guy's health as long as he has meter.

Combos were a mistake. Literally and figuratively.
As long as fighting games continue to focus on combo execution instead of fundamentals, they will remain a niche that fails to thrive.

Unless you are almost braindead, get caught in the middle of another move, or are simply extremely aggressive, no one is going to get hit by a move that has 60+ frames of startup and an obvious animation. Trust me, I've tried. If you get hit by a close range move that takes over a second to come out, you practically deserved to lose no matter how good your "fundamentals" are.
