It's good but Kirby, Touhou, Crypt of the NecroDancer, Jet Set Radio, the majority of all Sonic games, and Pokemon Red/Blue/Darkness/Explorers/Sky have just as many good songs, if not more.

Way too many short trashy songs/sounds that shouldn't be put in an OST.
Also there's only like 5/6 really good ones, rest is mediocre.

it's better than the game. if Toby released the ost on steam as a standalone without needing to own the game, it would probably sell more.

Exactly, that is how conversations work.
One person says something and then another may repeat it in a different manner to emphasize how wrong the first person is.
The first post implied that if you want to buy the ost, you have to buy the game on steam first, which is untrue, hence the sarcastic reply rephrasing what he said along with an image of the same person who has a dissapointing look on his face multiplied three times.
