If I'm squadleading I'm not letting some no mic retard take up important kits or man vehicles, you aren't gonna call out targets, you aren't going to communicate with your deiver/gunner, I rather kick you straight away and get someone who can communicate with me without having to pause and type in teamchat.

I've played with maybe a couple no mic players, and they were ok, just played a regular grunt. But it's just a disadvantage when they have to type what they see or whatever, and distracts everyone else having to read what they type
