ESO if you like single player story stuff, small group PvE, PVP, or prefer more "action" combat over tab targetting (it's not full on TERA, but it's not normal tab targetting either).

FFXIV if you prefer more traditional tab-targeting combat, end-game raiding, leveling alts, or are a fan of the weeb shit.
