The stances change her moveset quite a bit. For example the lighter stance gives her a bigger jump, her gravity kick becomes a teleport, her gravity throw becomes homing, she gets access to rocket jump which is basically that very long jump in the beginning of this webm and there are some challenges that are locked to this style. It also gives her more maneuverability in the air but decreases falling speed. It's not really all that useful but it makes the exploration more fun in my opinion.

Luna form- Lightens her she jumps farther and higher, can stand jump off water, etc. in combat her normal kicks become homing jump kicks gravity kick becomes a teleport and her stasis ball whirls all the debris around what she hit creating a dot essentially. She moves slower in gravity form but can sustain it for longer.

Jupiter form- Moves slower hits like a truck in normal combat, her gravity kick becomes a charged form of it that does a large aoe when she hits, her stasis ball pick up everything around her and mashes it into one giant ball that does lots of damage. Moves faster in gravity mode but it costs more to maintain it

Yes. You get them from the side missions. Also if you have a GRR savefile on your PS4 and you boot up GR2 you get the costumes in GR2 aswell. I think a savefile is enough, you don't even have to beat them in GRR.

I just played it yesterday, and I'd suggest staying away from it. There's one or two cool bits, but like that other anon said, the story gets completely screwed up.

That's honestly the worst part about it though. It set out with ONE intention, to fill a plot hole, and it just makes things so much worse. I'm usually the type who'd hold up suspension of disbelief, but what they do is so blatantly against the rules of any kind of story continuity.
