I've finished COD4/MW2 several times on veteran on 360. It's not even that hard, the most annoying mission in the game is one shot one kill where you have to wait for the helicopter. And hardest mission in MW2 is favela because of those windows and corners.

I remember finishing halo 3 solo on legendary because i thought you get recon helmet and armor in multiplayer for this. You don't. You don't get shit.

Black ops 2 is hard because of the side missions.
