Right now I'm reading Nekopara Volume 1. All I can say about it is that it looks really nice with the cute designs and animations, but the characters are kind of getting on my nerves. Also, it bugs me that the catgirls are treated as subhumans when they can speak human languages.

I mean all of her friends there just let her wander off on her own like that. It was kind of cool seeing all those characters from the first game come to get her, but that only made me a little less pissed that she was allowed to get that traumatized when it was a lie.

Also, that scene shows why she's so powerful in fights, but I don't remember if they outright said who she was an offspring of in the game. I do already know who her real father and mother are, though.

Haku was the only reason she stuck around. She even mentioned it multiple times at the start, so she was traumatized but they couldn't stop her from going since she wasn't even connected to the land there
and they mentioned the mother, who could only have the MC of the first game as the husband

The beginning of this whole chapter has been stupidly funny compared to the rest really.
When Fia somehow convinced them all to call Avaro 隊長(taichou) from that shitty logic of moving workshop/caravan 商隊(Shoutai) and him finally realizing why she did it I was mildly amused.

If Fia's VA wasn't so GOAT half of those conversations just wouldn't work out. That said the voice acting is top notch in this one imo
Still doesn't beat MK's voice acting for me but its very nice
