I want to play the long war 2, but only have 15 buckaroos.

Long war 2 is made for people who likes military sims. It's the exact opposite of what makes vanilla XCOM 2 enjoyable. If you like managing numbers all the time, always sending 2 people to infiltrate to retrieve crap, and waiting a long ass time to finally be able to shoot shit for once and then realise you fucked up by taking too long this might be the mod for you.
