This game handles difficulty poorly. You can either spend hours hacking away at zombies with your gold weapons to little effect or you can cheese everything with camouflage and stealth kills. Which is boring. Just play on normal.

after beating the game and maxing out the skill trees....nothing left to do
farming for weapons that break but will last only a handful more attacks is not good enough

with the following it might extend gameplay a bit with driving tree and that bonus stats tree but....breakable weapons is the biggest killer
