What's the deal with GTA San Andreas? I was thinking of getting it for $5 since I've actually never played it and it's obviously really good, but apparently there was some kind of update that doesn't allow mods / restricts access to the game / changes the music on the stations?

Can someone confirm / deny? Is GTA San Andreas worth getting, are people just being bitchy, can I still get mods if I'm willing to work for it, etc?

uhh like 5 fucking years ago there was an update that removed some songs from the games radio since Rockstar only bought a license to play those songs for something like 10 years. So once the license expired they were legally forced to remove the songs.

The mod thing is for GTA 4 and GTA 5, I don't know if it affected SA at all.

I probably won't get too much this year. I had $30 from a previous refund in my account + about $15 extra I can spend on steam until my next paycheck in a week. Even then, a lot of the sales are pretty much the same as they were last time.

I might spend maybe $30 more on stuff, and that is it.

Is Gang Beasts worth it? I like the concept of the game a lot, and I have some friends to play it with, but my understanding is that it's basically been abandoned by the developers / kinda ruined. It's also like $15 which is a little steep for a game that might suck dick.
