There's a cap on how many servants you can have, but it's several times higher than the number of servants in the game. Like Pokemon's PC system, kind of.

Yeah, he's a 3* so he's not very difficult to get. He also one of the best lancers in the game.

Yeah. Has a dodge skill that let's him dodge 3 hits, a revive skill and a skill that heals him. Once you're allowed to add grails to servants to max them out to level 100, he can pretty much solo bosses in events or just stall a fight.
