It's because his issue hasn't been resolved; although he did go through some shit, I'd say White has it pretty worse than him right now, but we don't know what being trapped in a rock with a dragon for two years does to a person.

Samus has a pretty big murderboner against pirate scum, and a solid vendetta against Ridley specifically. She chose to be the thing that bumps in the night for them, not the other way around. Her life is tragic sure, but she turned circumstances on their heads and comes out on top even when things are at their worst.
