You're told what you get if you want the DLC, you're not shoehorned into buying it. A majority of salt about DLC is from poorfag completionists, sort your life out and you too can own things. CK2 is obviously the biggest undertaking in a grand strategy game ever, it's going to cost a fuckload for the complete game. Say what you want about this making no difference, people are going to be going to GTA5's page for this sale and be alarmed by the ratings. Most will see what it's about, decide they don't care, and still buy it. But I guarantee they're losing a good little chunk from this too.
I've never even used the mod tools for the game, but they deserve this shit for the microtransactions, grinding, and overall shittiness of GTA Online which is the entire focus of the game instead of releasing decent expansion packs for single player like 4 had. Also, setting the precedent that modding is copyright infringement. It's not at all, they're just abusing C&D and the mod's creator doesn't want to deal with it. The only time it becomes illegal is if the mod unlocks items that are being sold by the developer, it's never been illegal to move existing content around or insert new content in games.
If they get away with this bullshit, more publishers will think they can do it.

360 I played single player then waited for cheats to happen, wasn't disappointed when tables dropped
