Pretty fun. Best played in the dark

>Inb4 "it's minecraft"
Pic related my niggas. I know it's not on sale but it hasn't been for years and it's only 5 monetary units. Shit is just plain fun. You won't be disappointed.
>>381477140
It's a terrible port, traps fuck the game up and the characters are worse.
Still not bad for $1 though.
>>381477124
It's fun before that too :3
I wish I had someone to play MP with
>>381477296
Really insanely much better than you'd expect.
Too bad it's so short.
Here's another ugly gem:

I did?
>>381480070
It was in a humble bundle a couple of weeks ago.
Nobody bought this when it was 1 of 5 games and that makes me sad. It's fun to get in on a game with a buddy and watch them figure shit out on their own and realize it's not how you solved it. Brownie points for the 4-player puzzles.
>>381481153
>R360
Hell yeah motherfucker
>>381482487
Brownie points are when you kiss ass and suck up to a superior. Bonus points would be what you wanted. It's from brown nosing.
There was a decent hidden gems copypasta in the earlier threads, someone check the archive for it. It was during the last sale.
>>381481153
>no mecha ritz
>>381476981
>>381482251
please mineral posters, i need to see more delicious minerals
Surprisingly fun. There's Final Fantasy characters in it too like Moogle and Red Mage for some reason.
>>381477645
Holy shit, my nigga. One of the best indie games I've ever played despite it being rough around the edges. But nobody knows about it and the creator doesn't seem to advertise it anywhere.
>>381482767
Fine.
That hidden gem shit only exist on PeeCee because of greenlight
Thank god for consoles you know when a game is gonna be shit or not.
>>381483112
Yeah,I actually emailed him about it two (or three?) years ago, and told him about a lot of sites he could contact, and how he could make the game stand out and be easier to search for on google if he just added a subtitle or something.
He didn't do any of it, so now I feel obligated to shill it to everyone I know so it doesn't just end up forgotten and lost in the sea of indie trash on Steam.
>>381483448
Is the joke that you'll know because all console games are shit?
>>381477645
Oh hey Lexolotl.
>>381483856I'm Theonian, actually.
>>381483512
This is really sad. The game has a great atmosphere. Each world feels different (the scary world is actually scary). I hope more people will appreciate it in the future, but I doubt it will be well known.
>>381476981
Get your stones
and get out
>>381484128
Yeah, I think the graphics make everyone write it off as a shitty Unity asset flip with no content, but you can really tell a lot of heart went into making this.
The writing can also be on the cringy side of edgy at times, but I sort of like how ridiculously and shamelessly angsty it is.
>>381474691
>OWH
My nigga
>>381483283
But that's not fine that's very coarse and unrefined
>>381477140
It's not that bad. In all honesty, I might have enjoyed MCOWH more than the original if I got around to playing it first, there's definitely more content there. But considering I had 200~ hours before starting MCOWH, it felt really strange to me.
>>381484454
Yes, it feels like the creator was a fan of certain anime series and he may have thought about the dialogue and story at the start of development, during his teenager years, before designing the actual game environments many years later. No idea but I love the different worlds and how they change each visit. Or stuff like the cube puzzle. Very varied environments and gameplay.
Came to this thread to see some motherfucking bismuth, im disappointed
>>381485183
Yeah, it feels like a complete and believable universe, like Deus Ex, Metal Gear Solid, or the old Zelda games on N64 (particularly Majora's Mask).
I have pretty much stopped expecting such things from video games. Morrowind must be the last game I can remember giving me that sort of feeling.
>>381485451
Bismuth is not a gem.
Bismuth is crystallized metal waste.
>>381482957
I think Square helped with the devlopment, so they added in Ninja, Black Mage, and White Mage.
I don't think Speedrunners is a hidden gem nowadays, but it's pretty fun if you have people to play with. Ignore the "items" section, I don't know what that's about (community paid DLC?), it's just a bunch of cosmetic garbage.
