Seems to me that depends on the type of "intelligence" you're trying to use. Fire Emblem or some other grid-based RPG is good for tactics simulation; it's a safe bet any sort of wizard class in any given fantasy role will have you using an INT stat to deal damage; Professor Layton comes to mind if you're just looking to test your logic skills; and if you're really just trying to make yourself feel smart by attempting to solve something stupidly esoteric, go look up the Tim Tang Test or something.
Really, though, if you're looking to get smarter, consider reading a book instead. Preferably something non-fiction.
