I dig it. Good combat, randomly layouts. It's difficult but fun.

The sense of progression is nice. It's also got a fluid artstyle that appeals to me.

Crazy that it's made by ex-mobile developers.

It has outstanding animations and pacing, decent art. All rare to find in indie game or most western gaming. It's punchy, weighty, flows well, pretty great achievement.

The game itself is a complete shit because they have no talent for game design. It is seemingly structured like metroidvania but there's barely any exploration - you can punch a wall here and there and many areas are locked because you did not acquire certain ability. It also throws off pacing after a while - you're forced to explore if you want to gain certain stat bonuses that are neccessary to progress properly further because this game goes against its solid mechanics and turns into a 2D Diablo clone, only you can rarely oneshot mobs later on, and if you try to experiment and not cheese them you'll only get stunlocked and/or oneshot. It has about 3 different weapons spread across 30+ weapon skins for no reason. It has a horrible and pointless grindy unlock system because apparently that's what the 'roguelite' part is for. It as a weird aesthetic that starts as some kind of biopunk arab thing that goes nowhere. Just a mess overall and less and less fun the more you play it. There is zero chance it will be good once it exits (((early access))) because it's not set on proper foundations.

Overhyped. It's okay, but it's over-recommended for its quality, and I doubt it will improve much beyond what it is currently.
