Yes and yes. Nintendogaf is still buthurt about it though, since it wasn't a downgraded sub1080p, sub30fps, 900 feath- I mean korok seed infested memegame with forced crossdressing and a gay carpenter who decorates your home. Instead we got a perfectly running, gorgeous looking open world game with an actual original story and gigantic bosssize dinorobots freeroaming the map.

It's decent, nothing amazing though. It's overly rated by critics (9.3 on ign it definitely doesn't deserve).

The overall story was interesting, but the writing itself was pretty poor and there are no interesting or memorable characters, not even the protagonist herself. The game looks great for the most part, but has really strange weather effects and too much foggy draw distance all the time.

Combat is fun but repetitive, and looting shit gets old after a while.
