Vice City had great rewards IMO:

I don't think you got them by cheats (I didn't like using cheats anyway) and this was the time when "fucking around with friends in GTA" was top tier fun even after completing the game. 100% gave you a whole new kind of sandbox when you've started to see everything. I remember the kids who had the game 100% were preferred when deciding whose house to go over to play it.
