If a game has a demo version, do you play it before buying?

Pretty much always. Especially if the demo is for a game was gonna buy anyways, sometimes they give bonus goodies

Surely. Especially if they include content not found in the full game, functionally being standalones.

What games do this? I remember that C&C Tiberian Sun demo had two missions that didn't appear in the full version of the game.
