What's this old game already

Dear /v/,

There's this gaming which is haunting me.
It's an old game, at least more than 10 years old, more probably like 15 years old.
I can't neither remember the name of this game nor what the gameplay was.

All I remember is a CG trailer of a woman looking for her brother/father who just opened a portal to another world in the basement where he was conducting research about I don't remember which ocult art.

Then this woman follows him through the portal and arrives in a new world. The plot twist is that the brother/father became the great villain of this world hence the antagonist of the player.

Please help me, I've tried to look for images but I can't remember much details. Thanks.
