Yeah I got one of those. It looks nice, but even if I were to swap the guts or something, the shoulder buttons seem off.

First time I'm seeing somebody else complain about this on /v/.

I actually have a little regret buying my 3DS, I only bought a handful of games for it mostly because I straight up didn't like playing on the thing for more than 20 minutes due to the cramps. It made MK7 less enjoyable.

It's weird cause my old DSi never gave me hand cramps, probably because the ergonomics were better. I really hope the Switch doesn't give me hand cramps when I pick one up for the holidays.

No idea what your problem is then. My hands are on the larger side and it fits perfectly. Thought about getting the grip once but it's unnecessary.

Also the 3DS XL system is kinda heavy compared to previous models. Most people here probably have weak wrists.

I have a 2DS and the wedge fits better in my hands due to its thickness than the DS Lite which would cramp my hands.
