Also they kinda wrote themselves into a corner in this one, because unlike Golden this game doesn't have that much gaps that need to be filled. It doesn't need an 'Adachi' social link because we have it with Akechi and the part that Marie became in Golden (being just another side of Izanami) makes no sense for 5 either. So I wouldn't have the foggiest who would be the Aeon confidant.
Also I don't think there could be an Aeon just alone for the fact that he Tarot deck is a complete different one, being french inspired. And I don't think there's a french version of Crowley's Tarot deck.

The way I would have done it would be to introduce her after Makoto's arc, you know the same way Makoto appeared in the plot right after Kamoshida and she was snooping after us the whole time. With Haru they should have shown her, maybe interact with the crew (and have her mention that she admires the Phantom Thieves) and give us some hints that she isn't exactly living the high life because of her shitty situation
