I understood why Takeru went back home, but I wanted to see him actually attain power, and become a God Emperor, and have humanity go into space and take the fight to the Beta themselves. A muv luv game in the vein of Rance in space would be amazing to be honest. The concept alone of the beta is well worth it. I would have loved to see their homeworlds. The problem with that setting is that the BETA are ultimately actually really fucking weak. They're the weakest invading aliens of any fictional work I have ever seen. The only reason humanity is losing is because they allowed them enough time to adapt laser tactics, because they can't nuke their own planet, and because they landed on Earth in the 70's. Once humanity had developed technology to kill all BETA on Earth, taking them out from the Moon and Mars will be a piece of cake.

The MLA timeline gets really fucked up after Takeru goes back. The BETA lost their brain, but instead they make the Laser Fortress class BETA. We don't know much of that timeline besides that. It's probably not a bad as the TDA timelines, which we know plenty of.

I wonder why there's people in this world that like the KGNE side of their universe. It's a shit story with literal netorare in it.

I guess, one conclusion I came to at the end of Alt, was that the "Beta" were not actually the real Aliens. The Brain was created by the "creator", whom is most definetely the real threat to humanity. To me it seems that the Beta were either bio engineered shock troops, or alien slaves from other planets. It would be intresting to see, what would happen to humanity if it had lost. However, we also find out that the galaxy is literally crawling with BETA, with billions of them spread out in te universe. So many that, in fact, it's pretty safe to say that the species that made the BETA are already extinct.

Last, but not least, the BETA views humans as robots, like themselves. They were merely recycling us.
