I was actually incredibly disappointed by it. Everybody made it out to be this incredibly amazing and emotional experience. Then I actually played it and it looked pretty and had really good music but that's it, actually playing it was completely tedious and boring.

I'm a PC fag and only got the test a little bit of ABZÛ. Had to make a refund because the framerate was horrible. Saddest refund I've ever made :(

Yes. As is Abzu. Both are beautiful spiritual experiences more than anything. That's all that can really be said about them. They aren't games in the typical sense, not particularly deep gameplay wise, but they certainly are adventures worth taking.

It's not a game, but an experience. Although imo, a lot of games with actual gameplay have that better than Journey has. Like Ueda games such as Ico and SotC, and Nier and Automata etc.

It's an 1hour game where all you do in going forward and doing nothing.
It has beautiful visual and soundtrack, and that's it.
Story is cliche, and the "not-so coop" doesn't add much to the experience gameplay-wise.

I sometimes go back and don the white cloak to meet some fellow journeymen. Nothing like showing a newby the ropes and be their guide for some achievements and shelter them from the storm, or meet a fellow whitecloak and fly our way through the game.

If you see someone waiting on top of the unfinished bridge tonight, it could very well be me
