What are some games where luck ISN'T a dump stat?

Toukiden and Toukiden Kiwami have luck mitama and the way the game is set up you'll most likely make a build around very high success chance for your luck based spells.

SMT (I cleared Nocturne on hard with a pure luck build but in 4/4A Luck really shines.)
Fallout New Vegas, luck is obscene and arguably the most busted stat for how rich it can make you, not to mention cits.
Adventure Quest Luck counts as a bit to all stats, lets you get the first strike, increases your evade/block/parry and your crit rate. Out of battle it also contributes to DnD like rolls. The game is gutted however and quickly went full jew with its cash shop in like 2008.

I imagine the rest are rather niche games or builds.

New Vegas. You can go clean out every casino in the game until they all permanently ban you from playing, but by that point you have enough money to buy all the ridiculously expensive endgame gear, all cybernetic implants (+1 in every stat, damage reduction and HP regen), specialized ammo, drugs, health items etc. and proceed to destroy everything the game ever throws at you at a very low level. One DLC also has a special casino with its own rewards that you can only access once in the entire game. Luck also goes well with other crit boosting perks and weapons that have good crit bonuses.
