How does it compare to Alien Isolation?

Completely different since it's not a survival horror game, more akin to System Shock and Deus Ex than anything else

Way easier, getting the ability to make your own ammo from garbage a few hours in completely negates all difficulty, even on hard. Also no reason to sneak ever, except for sneaking up on suspicious coffee cups early on, since later you get a item that shows all mimics just by looking at them.
