Honestly, I don't get this complaint. There's still plenty of the old Yda present whenever the plot isn't getting in the way. The only reason she's not 100% silly all the time now is because she isn't merely a side character anymore whose only purpose is to provide comic relief.

How much dps can the other tanks do on the level 70 SSS dummies?

I can hit 2200 with a 301 ilvl on PLD but I don't know how accurate this is with the ACT beta plugin in.

For reference I can clear the Susano Ex training dummy with <5 seconds available.

I personally preferred HERP DERP DRAGONS. One undisputably better aspect of SB is it's dungeons and instances. Much higher budget, visually interesting/pleasing to look at with a kickass boss theme to boot.

Can someone give a rundown on the status of Black Mage? Did they receive significant improvements on gameplay? Are they AoE kings again?

going from 364 skill speed to 1067 has no noticeable increase in auto attack rate so unless stat weights prove me wrong I'm not gonna bother with it on PLD.

Haven't gotten this yet, is flying as bad in Stormblood as it was in Heavensward?

I hated how it seemed like they added flying just because other MMOs had it. Zones suffered and felt like huge, empty expanses compared to the nicely crafted ARR zones. Did they learn from their mistakes in Stormblood and do a better job with the maps?
