NuDoom isn't moddable, but isntead has a shitty level editor.
Older Doom games even have mods based on NuDoom like D4D and D4T, in which you can decide whether or not you'd want glory kills.

Is the Steam version of Doom even moddable?
I know the BFG edition is shit.
