Why does this game feels like such a JUSTed low budget indie game?.
I mean, the change in direction from RE4 to this is simply brutal, it really feels like a poor man's RE4, like they didn't even try, like they treat the fucking glorious "end" of their franchise as some shitty spin off.
>Remove merchant NPC, replace it with a shop tab at the fucking MENU after beating a level for no reason
>Still use an outdated "can't aim and move" control scheme even after other games had already evolved the genre
>make linear levels with linear progression and sudden changes in scenario
>add random bullet sponge bosses at every fucking turn
>a meme co op partner
>design a mandatory boss fight to pretty much only be possible with a human teammate
>don't bother to make a competent friendly AI for your mandatory AI partner whos death can make you fail the game
>remove the tight inventory management
>Almost no extra content
>completely remove gore from the game
I still can't believe this was supposed to be a sequel to RE4 and I wouldn't believe it if weren't for the graphics.
