I bought into the hype unfortunately and realized quickly that "class shooters" are just a shit genre. I'd rather play LOL or Dota or some shit than the physically hard to watch bore fest that over watch is.

Because the game rewards cheesing your one-hit kill move or get-out-of-jail-free cards rather than individual skill. You can play McCree at a Grandmaster level, but some Bronze shitter who scatter arrows you with Hanzo from across the map wins because reasons. Same thing with old Roadhog hook; the more cheesy uncounterable skills in the game, the worse off the individual skill.

Because its a Blizzard game and as such they listen to all the casuals complaining and tailor make a better experience for them.
Also fuck off, Roadhog had no business having a 1hit kill attack and theres no justifying that.
