I don't like 2 phases boss where the boss just heals all damages taken.
Terrible bait, bumping
What is an example of organic difficulty?

It's basically more of hidden health than healing

What does that mean? Fake Difficulty?
I got one for you: the final boss of Persona 5 has a special attack that takes 2 turns to charge and unleash.
His deal is that he has four "limbs" that each add on an additional piece of damage to the attack. What you're SUPPOSED to do is debuff his arms attack, boost your defense, full heal your party, and then spend the next turn guarding. However, the game doesn't tell you how long he's going to spend charging- while it takes three turns to set up and fire (one for initiating the attack, one for charging it and one for firing it) every other instance of this "boss charges an attack" tactic has been relegated to spending one turn initiating it and then another firing it. So an experienced player will, for the first time, spend the entire next turn guarding and will most likely eat shit and die. This wouldn't be so bad, but the final boss easily takes twenty minutes to complete, and this only happens during the last vestiges of his health bar, almost guaranteeing that you'll spend another twenty whitling him down.
How the fuck did SMT stop this bullshit but Persona has kept it going? Same with the "MC dying= autogameover" shit.
