When you call the Switch a console, it will automatically draw comparisons to the Xbone and PS4. specifically how weak the specs look compared to those consoles.

But when you market it as a handheld, suddenly it's the most powerful handheld available, that can double has a console thanks to a dock. Save for the Wii, the handheld market has kept Nintendop alive and kicking since the original Gameboy. they dominate the market. Even with the rise of mobile devices, the 3DS will hit 70 million lifetime sales by its end. The Switch is also heavily sought after as well. it's generating buzz that the Wii U could only dream about. It can't compete with any other home console do to its weak power and lack of exclusives. But as a handheld, the Switch is king.
