Too early to tell. If they make it a bog standard isometric crpg it'll probably do shit since it'll be competing with the likes of Deadfire and D:OS2 but if they innovate a bit and make the realm building deep and interesting it might be able to get a foothold in.

Pathfinder is kinda unique(ish), same as the Forgotten Realms, Dark Eye, Eberron, and so fort.
It's mostly dnd-alike, but have some different rules, art styles, classes concepts etc.
Pathfinder is like a great dnd spin-off setting, cool for refreshing play but staying classic.

Like all tabletop settings, they're basically "If you aren't creative enough/have enough time to make your own, use our generic" stuff.

The whole appeal of such systems is creativity, which doesn't transfer very well to vidya.
