I hope the character(s) tevealed tomorrow aren't super obvious choices like piccolo, 18, trunks but are either tentative yamcha, videl, kid goku or flat out curveballs like launch or bulma. It'd be kind of a buzkill to get shoe ins next when the first 6 revealed already covered that.

Chaozu is unlikey, but yamcha has a very good chance. He's pretty damn lopular and had a spinoff mini series about him where he's the hero ( with better art than manga super go figure), his memetic status actually elevates his chances of getting in, and he has a number of moves that can be lretty interesting like spirit ball would be a great super.

Without this, you don't have a proper fighting game. You gotta have enough zoners to fill the blank, otherwise the game gets too samey, something that plagues all DBZ fighters.

This isn't Smash Bros. this isn't getting made by Sakurai. They're making a COMPETITIVE fighting game, not a fanservice circlejerk.

and that's a 10/10 roster. Maybe get rid of DB Goku, I don't want any more iterations of characters already on the roster. No other Gokus/Gohans/Vegetas, no other Cells/Buus/Friezas. We got the best versions of each (power levels out the window, I don't give a fuck about those) and we don't need any more.

The only characters from Super I'd like to see are Beerus and Jaco, since they're both fun as characters and could be set up to do interesting stuff with their movesets.

Call me old-fashioned or nostalgic or whatever, but Budokai Tenkaichi 2 on the Wii is still my favourite DBZ fighting game. It had a story mode going from the very beginning to the end of GT. It had a crazy roster of characters to choose from and upgrade with items and levels and it was easy to pick up for beginners and amazing to master if you put the time into it. And it also had a variety of modes, so if you got sick of Story Mode, you went to the Battle Tower to train your favourite characters and win money and rare items while unlocking more challenges. They also really used the Wii controllers right in that one. I never picked up Budokai Tenkaichi 3 for Wii, but I heard they simplified the combat a little in that one.

Also, I'm just not a fan of 2D fighting games. I know a lot of people are really happy with this new game coming up and it's probably going to be really good judging by the team behind it, but it's just not for me. I'm still waiting for DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 4.

If you want the Ginyu Force in they should be playable as a pack. You take control of Ginyu and for each move he gets supported by one or two of the other guys and when they win a match they do the pose.

As for special things like Frieza cucking himself, if Broly gets in the game I can imagine his ki charging would do that aura sphere color warp thing, it would be a huge let down if not. And maybe if you idle too long with Gotenks he defuses and Goten and Trunks start looking around in worry, the animation would get canceled instantly after moving.
