If you solve the puzzles in each site, you end up with a 4 letter word. The answer to the first one is YEAR. You need to write it in the table. Then you'll notice a letter is overlapping one of them, in this case the "E", you need to transfer that letter to the small table at the bottom. no idea what to do after this

I solved puzzle 2 in the site. You need to clear all the puzzles on the different sites to get a four letter word, like YEAR or FORK. After that, you find the next clue that says "BEFORE N", you need to fill the squares with the letters A through M, and this will reveal 3 letters, that's the answer. I don't want to spoil it, but it's easy, even without filling the 9 and 15 lines in the table. It's a 3 letter word, the first letter is "A"

It takes place in an alternate universe where Claire didn't die in the accident but died 5 years after birthing Layton's daughter. He builds a time machine to go back and save her but instead causes the accident in the original Layton's timeline. He is the villain in this series and you meet Luke along the way who is reluctant about telling you what happened.

I'd even say that Layton's friend in Curious Village set up the entire puzzle for him, considering the plot twist and how he was the only outsider who was told about the "treasure." It's not Luke, in the part of the video that the guy was shown they were going over the previous game's plot. The dialogue roughly translates to "Perhaps we'll find a box that kills anyone who open's it or maybe we'll get a letter from the future or maybe we'll find the remains of a long lost civilisation!" The box refers to The Diabolical Box, the letter is referencing The Unwound Future and the long lost civilisation is referencing the Azran.
