I've cried like a bitch at literally every event i've ever shown a game at for the past 10+ years.

Watching people play and genuinely enjoy something you've spent 60-80 hours a week on for years is pretty much the greatest feeling ever.

But the absolute best part is the kids that are completely oblivious to all the bullshit surrounding game development and all they care about is the game itself.

There was a kid at the last show we did who just went crazy and played like 3+ hours of our game, ended up setting up my own laptop off to one side for him to go nuts on and then gave him a one off, never released demo of the game (about six months before we released) with his name on the title screen.

Kid was over the moon, I cried, hard.
