It was very blatant when Ryu first showed up on twitch that he slowly started turning view bots on.

One month he had maybe 10 viewers while a much more watched and well known d2 speedrunner had just about everyone. Then a few weeks later Ryu suddenly had consistent viewers breaking the triple digits.

It took like 2 or 3 months total.

That doesn't happen when you are a boring, annoying fuckstick like Ryu especially with fucking d2 speedrunning.

He viewbotted, or someone else did it for him.

It seemed way too convenient considering other d2 streamers that had been doing it a few years were surpassed in like 3 months.

And also, he was a total dickhead to a few fellow d2 streamers I've talked to personally from twitch and one of them said he has some huge social issues. Like autistic sperg issues.

It really depends on the games you like. I suggest you start from youtube, find some youtubers you like and in most cases a lot of them stream.

Then after you have some guys you are following, go to Browse in twitch, find the game you like and just check the top 10 streamers in that game. Usually these guys are the ones who are commited and have a high entertainment value.

If you want them to say your name or reply to your comments, go to the ones that have like < 200 live viewers. They tend to reply to most people in chat. Works for me everytime. Get yourself a funny nickname and get lulz when they pronounce your name wrong or just say your stupid nick.

If you want to see Speedruns, the GDQ schedule is a good place to look for streams that go live often. A lot of the runners do practice streams in the weeks coming up to AGDQ/SGDQ.

I got a list of small time streamers that are actually good, and not obnoxious subscriber gladhanders.

GoodOldJB: Cool Aussie musician who streams on his free time. Chill, highly interactive, able to focus on chat and game. Plays mostly 3D adventure games. Some 2D games. Sometimes co-streams with his friends.

CupAhNoodle: Everyone's cool black friend. Streams every day. High energy, funny, highly interactive, able to focus on chat and game. Plays mostly Fallout, but always trying out scary game. Very fun positive energy. Every stream feels like a small party. Doesn't like backseat gaming.

Tokki88: This dude simply loves video games, and will play them all. He has a voting system, so you can submit games for him to play, and the one that gets the most submissions, he'll play. I imagine he will eventually play all the video games possible. Super chill, fairly interactive, claims to be a game designer himself. He certainly adapts to games quickly.

KDkill: Your weeb friend who likes traps, but is actually cool, and not a total degenerate. Suuuuuper laid back. He likes Japanese games primarily, sometimes delving into VNs. He's playing a lot of FFXIV right now. But outside of that, he's essentially a variety streamer. Loose chat, you can talk shit(up to a point), debate about anything, or talk about weird subjects, he really doesn't care. But he doesn't like backseating. Highly interactive.

Kimmstaa: You think you're a Sonic fan. But you haven't met Kimmstaa, who owns every Sonic game physically, plus their console. She's a Sonic fanatic. And despite this, she isn't autistic.
