The games are okay but most people just masturbate to Shantae herself.

The games are just all around good. Not great with a few nitpicks you could argue but I mean I never regretted playing any of them, my hope is we eventually get a game where we can play as a bunch of the characters.

But really they're good games with good soundtracks. GBC Shantae had a top-tier final boss fight as well. I've played OG Shantae and Risky's Revenge so far, and I'm going to grab Pirate's Curse and HGH during the Steam sale.

It's a very old school but easy metroidvania type game with silliness and tits. Tits everywhere. Much of the humor is self referential and according to people who like their gameplay fast, Pirates Curse is the best one. Otherwise, imagine a metroidvania but when you switch weapons you gotta do a brief combination.

You're in for a treat, Pirate's Curse is when everything comes together to make a genuinely great game. HGH was disappointing though.
