Monster Hunter Tri, 3G, 4, 4G, X and XX were all developed with the same Ps2 engine very cheaply, all using old assets. You know it's true.

All of them had the same purpose: to bring in enough profit to develop the next REAL sequel everyone has been waiting for - a game that is too resource heavy and too graphical advanced to release on Nintendo.

Capcom basically used Nintendo to get enough development money to finance World.
