I bought an Ouya because I knew it would run XBMC well. My house got struck by lightning and it killed my Ouya, along when my TV and some other stuff connected to the TV. I used the warranty and got a replacement Ouya sent to me along with a box to send the old one back. I never sent it back and they never questioned it.
