According to various youtubers who've randomly visited Valve the TF2 devs actually play the game regularly, and not, as some have assumed, merely glance at game data charts and tack on enough nerfs and buffs to make it seem like they're working. This means that someone who actually plays the game thought that giving the Shortstop a shove or nerfing the worst soldier secondary in the game were good ideas.

They clearly don't want to be working on TF2. The game needs a new dev team from another company ASAP.
