Anna is guaranteed to always get rotated into the bonus slot, Camus will likely only get it this one time. Anna herself is fine as a unit but Camus gets way more mileage outside of the arena if you have other horses.

Rein+Camus+Xander is a fine combo, surely you have Xander and plan on 5*ing him yeah?

Should I even bother leveling a neutral atk Reinhardt, I can just inherit deathblow from Hawkeye. My other Reinhardt is -atk and I have 2 4* Reinhardts but they're neutral atk too.

By active skill, you mean Assist? Might as well just keep the default Draw Back on her, it's occasionally very useful.

Her default C-skill is good as well, though if you want to replace it just get Threathen Res or any of the Hone/Fortify skills.

General rule for C slot is it's flexible. Put whatever buffs your team might need there, or threaten res if you rely on her a lot for damage and find she's missing minor damage for key kills. You won't really find anything better for C.

Luna, definitely. Bonfire would only give you an extra 14 damage, whereas Luna would give you half your enemy's defense. If it's 28 or above, you'll deal more damage with Luna. and if it's below that, you probably wouldn't be needing bonfire in the first place.
