How is Cerberus harder? The only thing that makes Cerberus remotely hard is that you don't have any Devil Arms or Devil Trigger, all of his attacks are easy to dodge provided you stay to the side of the arena.
Agni & Rudra you have to deal with two aggressive enemies as well as a terrible camera, Beowulf is far more aggressive, doesn't have a weakness and hits a lot harder and for Vergil 3 webm related.

I wonder which game casuals have a harder time with. Probably Razor's Edge because there are no health items.

NG is actually really easy on normal, especially the first 2, you get so many health items and Ninpo is super effective on the lower difficulties. The average casual shitter will probably also never bother with any other weapon but the Dragon Sword so they will be swimming in essence. It's a rude awakening when they try the harder difficulties though.
