I'm confused, OP. Your question insinuates the picture accompanying it is of a weeaboo game, but it's not. It's not a Japanese game, it's not very indulgent in Japanese animation, tropes, or culture. Either you selected the wrong image when creating this thread or are under the misconception that colorful animation with big, exaggerated features equals anime.

Skullgirls has more of a cartoonish atmosphere and art style. There is a character in it that embodies and parodies old cartoons like Steamboat Willy and slapstick comedy. It definitely isn't inspired by anime as it's very smoothly animated. And even if it, or any other game, is inspired by Japanese stuff, so what? If it's a good game, who cares where it comes from?
