Make it DK and Diddy, only - DK having Chunky's abilities, DK having Tiny's

Make a redesigned Kong Island, possibly open world, but something like Jak & Daxter's Sandover Village, so more horizontal terrain rather than DK64's vertical climb

Get rid of the terrible Troff and Scoff mechanic
