this is literally the one, single thing Fromsoft is good at doing, aside from mech games, but their fantasy action rpgs always sold better.

They've been making the same type of game since the PS1 days. they aren't gonna stop now.

supposedly, 2 projects they have in the wrks are "dark fantasy RPG" and "something weird"

first is the new fieldsoulsborne, second is definitely Armored Core, (or at least a mech game) last one is the only thing we've got no idea on

yeah, well, better to wait and let it stew for a while, rather than have them churned out year after year. this isnt like the PS1 days where it was easy to make sequels year after year because the game was simple

Since we know there's something in development I just like to imagine how I will lose my shit, when they show gameplay footage

My favorite aspect in Dark Souls is that luck is a purely human quality. The idea that a random force that could make all the difference belongs wholly to humanity is neat.
