but even base Frieza was 100x stronger than him and EVERYONE knew that. So why still boast like he's faster than then what was at the time the strongest being in the universe? when i first saw/read this seen, i just saw it as a flat out lie. Just something to strike fear into his opponents because theoretically, chances are he really was going to be faster and stronger than anyone he would have encountered and probably was until Goku showed up.
